Repair and Restoration Services
Models will break from time to time. Shipping, falling off a table, or detail parts getting caught on clothes and scenery are just some of the ways I have seen models get damaged. DCC Upgrades
Technology in the model railroad hobby has advanced so much in the last 10 years. DCC is the standard train control system for most model railroad clubs and private layouts, and I have installed most brands of decoders. Contact BLW for more information.
Battery Power (Dead Rail) Installs
Battery Power, also called Power Onboard or Dead Rail, is the name given to engines that get their power from a battery instead of the rails. There are three main advantages of using an onboard power source:
